I hate Hot Topic. It's such a hypocritical store. Why, you ask? Oh, I'll TELL you why..
Okay so people that shop there are all like, "Oh yeah, I wanna be different so I'm gonna shop in this store so I can wear stuff that no one else does." Which in reality, is SO not true.
"Hot Topic- It's all about the CONFORMITY"
Like I want to get those Goonies shirts, but everyone and their mom already has them. THEY want to be different. But are conforming to non-conform.. or in lamens terms..
HYPOCRITS.
Here's what I think. Be your own person. Wear what you want to wear. What you like. Don't not wear it because of your "clique" or something. And if you really wanna be different? Make your OWN style. Make your own clothes.
Dare to be different. Be unique. Not some person who shops at Hot Topic for those plaid skirts with pins/zippers on them, when you know quite well that 50 other girls wear them.
And thats my final thought. Take care of yourselves, and each other.
